Unsupported Returns, Refunds, Exchanges:

Due to print on demand, returns and exchanges are not supported if customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Chaplain Life will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

Supported Returns and Refunds

Only in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Chaplain Life offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
